Cancellation policy

Canceling and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment or reservation time. A cancellation made with less than a 24 hour notice significantly limits our ability to make the appointment available for another client in need. To cancel or reschedule,please contact us at: (609)600-7591 

Late Cancellation

Cancellations are considered “late” when the customer does not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or reservation time. Late cancellations will result in the customer being charged a fee of $45. This fee will be collected at the next appointment. 

A “No-Show”, “No-Call” or missed appointment

If a customer misses their scheduled appointment or reservation without canceling or rescheduling, they will be charged 100% of the price of the scheduled service or event. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. 

Provider Cancellation

If, for any reason, we must cancel your scheduled appointment or reservation, we will notify you as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule or you will receive a full refund. 

Scheduling

 In order to be considered an established patient for our services, a scheduled future appointment is required. At the conclusion of every appointment, you will be rescheduled for your next appointment based on the practitioner's discretion and your availability. 

Payment for Services Rendered

Payment is due at time of service by cash or check. 

As a courtesy, we make reminder calls or text, for appointments, one to two days in advance. Please note, if a reminder call or message is not received, the cancellation policy remains in effect. Repeated missed appointments may result in termination of the acupuncturist/client relationship. 

If you have any questions regarding this policy, please let us know and we will be glad to clarify any questions you have. A copy of this policy will be provided to you at your first appointment.
